Establishment of the company
Company activity began from a purely commercial perspective
Beginning of industrial activity, with facilities in the Maia industrial zone. Purchase of the first extruder machine
The company relocated to its current facilities in Guilhabreu, which were inaugurated by the Secretary of State for Industry, Eng. Luís Alves Monteiro.
Certification of the Quality Management System according to NP EN ISO 9002, with successive transitions up to NP EN ISO 9001:2015 (abandoned in 2023)
Conclusion of the spin-off-merger project between Poliplastic - Embalagens Flexíveis, S.A. and Ierax - Embalagens, S.A.
Change of the company's corporate name to Plasteuropa Embalagens, S.A.
Acquisition of the first 8-color flexographic printer
Beginning of the expansion and modernisation of the facilities in Guilhabreu, marked by the construction of a new warehouse, essential to meet the increasingly rigorous requirements of food packaging manufacturing standards
